SIBT, SSHT, SSOT and PKC 2025 to be rescheduled for the first half of 2026 as part of broad strategic development initiative

23 Jun 2025

Shanghai, 23 June 2025. After in-depth discussions with stakeholders and reaching a consensus, the upcoming Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT), Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT), Shanghai Smart Office Technology (SSOT) and Parking China (PKC) will be rescheduled to the first half of 2026. This adjustment aims to help industry players to capitalise on emerging opportunities in the building sector, adapt to evolving market trends, and highlight the latest advancements in smart technologies. This strategic decision will provide the industry with a more robust platform for innovation and an enhanced exhibition experience.

Ms Lucia Wong, General Manager of Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd said: “We are entering a pivotal phase in the advancement of building technology. The upcoming enhancement of the shows will focus on three key areas: restructuring event’s framework, integrating high-quality resources across the industry chain, as well as optimising the strategic development plan to align with future industry needs.”

She added: “We are confident that these developments will elevate the exhibitions’ quality to a higher level. This will not only deliver greater value for exhibitors and visitors but also foster high-quality growth of the industry as a whole. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to industry players for their continued support, and we look forward to seeing everyone again at the fairs from Messe Frankfurt’s Building Technology sector.”
