SIBT and SSHT 2019: smart office, home and community elements created intelligent industry ecosystem
The 2019 editions of Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT) and Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT) concluded successfully on 5 September. While SIBT debuted the Shanghai Smart Office Technology (SSOT) zone, introducing IoT technology to enrich office environments, SSHT continued to ride on the fast-growing real estate market in China, extending the concept of smart homes to a community-wide level. With the concurrently held Parking China, the trade fairs encompassed intelligent buildings, homes, parking, offices and community topics, completing the smart technology ecosystem.
SIBT & SSHT 2019 presents a final seminar line-up of over 120 speakers at 16 events and a new Smart Office zone
Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT) and Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT) will be held from 3 ‒ 5 September 2019 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). This year, SIBT and SSHT will collaborate with new partners to bring forward 16 industry-oriented seminars and forums. Highlighting innovative concepts and upcoming trends, over 120 speakers will share their perspectives on key industry topics, including new technologies, communication protocols and standards, system integration, smart homes and smart offices.
Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology and Shanghai Smart Home Technology 2019 showcase the concept of smart community
The 2019 editions of Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT) and Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT) will be held from 3 ‒ 5 September at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). While SSHT will highlight eight smart home trends, including 5G technology, smart industry ecosystems and smart community topics at the fair, SIBT will debut a new smart office zone in Hall W2. Concurrently held with the Parking China 2019 fair, the exhibitions will connect the building, and smart home industries under the scope of IoT technology through a series of product launches and professional forums.

The 2019 editions of Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT) and Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT) will be held from 3 ‒ 5 September at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). Spurred by the fast development of China’s intelligent building, Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) sectors, the two exhibitions are close to capacity as there has been strong demand from exhibitors to participate at the shows. The concurrently held trade fairs are expected to attract over 280 renowned businesses from China and overseas, and welcome a similar number to last year’s 29,423 professional visitors. The total exhibition space is also expected to reach a record of over 28,750 sqm.
Shanghai Smart Home Technology 2018 concludes successfully as influential speakers shed light on the latest AI developments
The fourth edition of Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT), held from 3 – 5 September alongside Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT), closed to an enthusiastic response. Apart from serving as a key business platform for the smart home industry in China, the 2018 fair was particularly praised for its finely curated concurrent event programme. Dedicated summits invited industry elites to share insights on the future of in-house AI applications, promote knowledge exchange and inspire audiences to develop business strategies.
